These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SwiftKar POS website (swiftkarpos.com or any associated domains), the SwiftKar POS software, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Your use of SwiftKar POS constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
SwiftKar POS provides a cloud-based and/or self-hosted point of sale system designed to help retail, restaurant, and service businesses manage sales, inventory, billing, customers, vendors, and reporting. The Service includes web and mobile interfaces, APIs (where applicable), and support resources.

The Free Plan is provided “as is” with strict usage limits (e.g., 5 users, 5 customers, 5 vendors). We may suspend or terminate access to the Free Plan if limits are exceeded or if we determine the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with intended purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your personal and business data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to input any data into the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftKar POS, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to these terms.
